Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha, Ltd. ("K" Line) has approved in a Board meeting held today, May 19, the merger of "K" Line's two subsidiaries, "K" Line Air Service, Ltd. and "K" Logistics Corp. effective July 1, 2006.
